01 · Source
Begin with where the work was found.
Publicly accessible does not automatically mean public domain. Source location, catalog context and available rights information are recorded separately.
Our approach
The path from discovery to exhibition should leave a readable record of where a work came from, what was learned and what changed.
01 · Source
Publicly accessible does not automatically mean public domain. Source location, catalog context and available rights information are recorded separately.
02 · Research
Names, dates, versions and prior descriptions are compared. Uncertainty remains visible rather than being turned into invented certainty.
03 · Restoration
Cleaning, color work, repair and formatting decisions should be described with the future exhibition record.
04 · Presentation
When a work and its record are ready, its gallery page can connect imagery, story, provenance and any accompanying Mintable or RAD information.

A living record
Future item pages are designed to carry attribution, source, rights status, restoration notes and archival evidence. Certification and offers appear only when real records exist.
